Our experienced technicians have over 50 years of combined experience in the trade and pride themselves on providing quality repairs for our customers.

With each job, we follow strict procedures and rigorous standards as set out by the industry experts such as Thatcham and vehicle manufacturers.

Our qualified Vehicle Damage Assessors (estimators) will assess the damage to your vehicle fairly and accurately, meaning you will get the repairs that are due to you following your accident.

Our workshop and office team will then liaise with the insurer to get your repairs completed in a timely manner, using high quality manufacturer parts and paints.

The vehicle repair process goes as follows

Our office team will receive information that you require a repair, either from yourself or from your insurance
We will arrange for your vehicle to be assessed by our qualified VDA (Vehicle Damage Assessors) and an estimate of repairs is created
The estimate is given either to yourself (private work) or directly to your insurer
We arrange for the collection of your vehicle if it isn’t already with us and a courtesy car will be delivered to you
We receive authorisation to carry on with the repairs and start to order any parts or panels needed
Our experienced workshop team start the repairs following strict standards
Our office team will update you on the progress and estimated time of completion
Your vehicle is finished and will go through our quality control checks
We will clean your vehicle before we contact you to arrange the return of your vehicle and collection of the courtesy car
