We will then discuss the work you would like to have completed and arrange a time for you to come in and let us assess the vehicle.

Our team will contact you to confirm the collection of your damaged vehicle and the possible delivery of a courtesy car. You may also bring your vehicle to us if it is driveable.

Once your vehicle is onsite, our qualified Vehicle Damage Assessors (estimators) will assess the damage to your vehicle fairly and accurately, meaning you will get the repairs you need at the price you deserve.

The VDA will then send the estimate report to you and discuss whether you would like to go forward with the private repairs.

Once we have authorisation from you to complete the work, we will order any parts or panels that will be needed and get to work repairing your vehicle!

Our workshop and office team will liaise with you to get your repairs completed in a timely manner, using high quality manufacturer parts and paints.

Once the work has been completed, we will go through our stringent quality control checks to make sure everything meets the manufacturer’s high standards.

When we are happy with the finish, we will clean your car and call you to arrange the delivery of your finished vehicle. We will also collect your courtesy car at this point in the process.

Again, if you prefer, you can come to us and collect your own car at a time convenient to you, leaving the courtesy car with us.
