So how does it work?

If you need repairs to your vehicle and are claiming on your insurance, you would usually be expected to pay an excess to your insurer before any work is undertaken.

Sometimes your excess can be as high as £500, depending on what you agreed when you set up your insurance! Considering the fact that accidents aren’t planned – most people find that they need to pay out an excess when they don’t really have the spare funds available.

All you need to do is contact us and explain your situation, give us a brief summary of the damage to your vehicle, whether the accident was your fault and how much your excess is. We may ask you to either send us some photos of the damage or pop in so we can assess it.
