Once you are booked in for repairs, we can arrange a date and time at your convenience and collect the damaged vehicle from you, then once the vehicle is finished, we can deliver it back to your home at a time and date to suit you.
No waiting around all day just to have your vehicle collected or delivered!
If necessary, we can arrange the delivery and collection of the damaged vehicle to your workplace rather than your home address.
Our team is dedicated to making the whole process as easy and stress-free as possible for you.
We will keep you updated throughout the repair process but if you need us for anything, you can contact us by phone, email or even our Facebook page and we will help you as much as we possibly can.
As part of our work on your behalf, we will
- Liaise with your insurance and any third party
- Collect your damaged vehicle at your convenience
- Organise and deliver you a courtesy car (a like-for-like courtesy car if it’s a non-fault claim)
- Assess the damage to your vehicle fully and fairly, then report it to the insurers
- We can help you manage any personal injury claim, using assistance from Azumo Accident Management
- Order any parts or panels needed
- Complete the repairs
- Colour match and paint the damaged areas or new panels
- Arrange to have your completed vehicle back to you and collect the courtesy car

With most vehicle accident claims, there is the option to have a replacement courtesy car while yours is being repaired.
Using a courtesy car means you aren’t inconvenienced even more than you already are, it keeps you on the road meaning you can still get to work and manage your day to day errands!
With non-fault claims, you are entitled to a like-for-like courtesy car, and as we work with Azumo Accident Management this means we can replace your daily run around vehicle, prestige car, work van, private hire vehicle or even a courier vehicle – all at no cost to yourself.
We can arrange to deliver your courtesy car to you when we collect your damaged vehicle, and then collect the courtesy car when the repairs have been completed. Making things as easy as possible for you.
If necessary, we can arrange the delivery and collection of the courtesy car to your workplace rather than your home address.
